We are dispatching orders between Christmas and the New Year.
At Tackleuk we deliver across the entire UK with fast delivery direct to your home, using fully tracked and reliable services.
We offer free delivery on orders over £100 (excluding Highlands & Islands) and competitive rates for orders under this value.
We also offer a click & collect service from our store in Yeovil.
Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
If you place your order before 1pm on a working day then your order should be dispatched that day if all items are advertised as 'In Stock'.
Large items and orders will be sent with DHL, this is usually a next-day service but it is not guaranteed.
Smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail, we offer a 24-hour and 48-hour service.
Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the parcel being sent, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated for you at the checkout stage.
All delivery times in the box below are a guide only and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. We can't guarantee any delivery times but will always try and get your order to you as fast as possible. We deliver on Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.

At Tackleuk we deliver our DHL parcels on Monday to Fridays only, excluding Bank Holidays, unless a Saturday service is selected at checkout. All UK Mainland DHL orders (with a £5.99/£6.99 delivery charge) and free postage orders (over £100) are sent for the next working day but sometimes can take longer, orders must be submitted before 8am to apply and this is not a guaranteed service - you are not paying for guaranteed next day service, the delivery charge is for standard delivery which we aim to get to you as soon as possible. Orders after 8am will usually be processed the following working day but can take up to 3 working days during busy periods. All DHL packages are fully traceable by yourself to give you peace of mind. All tracking information is sent to you by email and tracking usually comes live around 8.00pm on the day of dispatch.
If you provide your mobile number when placing your order DHL should send you a text message with an estimated time of delivery. This information is not always accurate so we recommend checking the tracking through the link we provided when the order was dispatched, this is the only way to ensure a delivery time/date.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays by the courier and try to make the delivery times as clear as possible for the customer.
Royal Mail orders are sent using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. Royal Mail parcels are delivered on Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Tracking is available via the link sent at dispatch. All UK Mainland Royal Mail Tracked 24 deliveries should be delivered within 1 working day from the time of dispatch, but in some circumstances can take longer. Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries can take 2-3 working days from the time of dispatch. If you haven't received your parcel please wait 15 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us, from the 16th working day we can contact Royal Mail and ask them to investigate the matter further. Please note that no delivery times or services are guaranteed.
If you select our Saturday delivery option then we will dispatch your order on a Friday with DHL, the service is quite reliable but it is not guaranteed. The cost of this service will vary depending on the number of parcels that will be sent, this will be calculated when you checkout.
If you are placing an order and using our click & collect service then please note the collection address has recently changed. The collection address will be Tackleuk, Unit 2 Bartlett Court, Sea King Road, Yeovil, BA20 2NZ. Please wait for an email from us confirming that the order is ready for collection before attempting to collect it.

We are unable to ship to tax-free BFPO addresses at this time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send orders to anywhere other than the United kingdom at this moment in time, sorry.
Our courier is unable to automatically process long parcels, such as rods, which means delivery can take 2-3 working days. The live tracking will notify you that the parcel has been delayed and advise you to contact us but this is not necessary.

The United Kingdom consists of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the waters within 12 nautical miles of their coastlines. It does not include the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man but for VAT purposes the Isle of Man is treated as part of the UK. If you are a customer in the Isle of Man, the VAT rules are the same as if they were in the UK. Customers in Jersey, Guernsey, Herm, Sark & Alderney will not be charged VAT on their Tackleuk orders.
In order for VAT to be deducted when you checkout, please ensure you pay using your credit or debit card, and not PayPal Express.
You can track the progress of your order by logging onto the Tackleuk website and accessing ‘My Account'.
Once an order has been placed, you have made a contract with Tackleuk to accept these goods. Please do not refuse any deliveries once an order has been dispatched by us. If a delivery is refused, missed or unwanted you will be refunded minus the original delivery fee (if the order had free delivery you will be charged £4.99) and the return delivery fee of £15.99 for UK orders. This is not a money-making exercise for us as these are the costs that we get charged from the shipping company. If you do not require an order or there is an issue or a problem please contact Tackleuk via the contact us page.
If DHL have tried to deliver to you and no one was in to sign for the parcel, they should have left you a card, so you can call them to rearrange delivery, you will need to call them as soon as possible on the number left on the card to arrange another day for delivery (Even if you have not been left a card) before the item gets returned back to us as this will incur an additional handling charge. Should you wish to rearrange delivery again, this will incur a further delivery charge equivalent to that of the original delivery charge. (If the order had free delivery the original postage cost would be £4.99). If you are not happy to pay the redelivery costs you will be refunded minus all delivery costs once the goods have been returned to us. Before you call DHL make sure you have your reference number that can be found on your online tracking details or the number on the card that has been left by DHL. Once delivery has been attempted it is up to the customer to arrange redelivery or collection, Tackleuk is in no way responsible for any costs incurred after the first delivery attempt has been made. If there are extra charges then we will make you aware of this.
Sometimes, DHL will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour if no one is available to sign for the parcel. If this is not acceptable please contact us before placing your order.
