Tempest 200. Can the bivvy be packed down with the inner capsule still attached

Hi Graham,
We looked into this a while ago and spoke to Trakker,'they recommend the inner capsule be removed.''However they did also say that if you are going to leave it in place, unclip the 2 front clips to take the pressure away when packing down.
