Where can I get a replacement bail arm have been told to ring daiwa up in scotland

We ourselves don't sell or source spares on our website. Daiwa do have an extensive range of spares but not all vendors carry all of them. Your best bet is to contact them'as you've been recommended. They should be able to point you in the direction of somewhere that can supply the part you need. I've put a link to the contact page on the Daiwa website below'where you can message them direct.
