The big pits don't but there is a Black Widow BR that does come with a baitrunner.

Hi, is the 5000 and 5500 reel the same size? Can a 5500 spool be fitted on the 5000 reel?

That is correct providing it is a 5500 size Black Widow Big Pit spool, it should fit the reel.

I believe you are referring to the switch, shown on the right-hand side of the product image. This is for the anti-reverse.
