If conditions get rough, the extending ribs are designed to take a storm pole so you can get things ultra-stable.

How deep is the bivvi with the overwrap on,can the scull cap stay on with the overwrap

I've had a look and I cant find any info on how tall the bivvy ends up being with the overwrap, or if it can be left in place during packdown. Might be worth addressing this one to Fox themselves'https://www.foxint.com/home/support/contact-us/
