I am sorry that you feel this way, but we need to send all faulty or damaged items back to the manufacturer, so we require the customer to send them back to us. We sell thousands of items a week, every item is brand new, and issues like this are extremely rare, we feel you have been very unlucky with two broken items. Kind Regards Tackleuk
