Description

Short 8cm pretied hair rigs with a sleeve pinning the hair to the hook shank. The perfect length for method feeder fishing. They're available in a range of hook sizes all tied to a suitably matched supple monofilament line. The hair length gets progressively longer as you move through the hook sizes. The simple looped hair can be used to mount just about any bait you choose when topped with a baitstop.

I have the freshwater model (black) 54lb. I have only used it the once on a 16ft clinker though it was bought for my 12ft grp as a trolling motor. First 2 gears are really for manuvering next 2 are good for a slow troll. Top gear is the only one you can use for going anywhere not fast but gets you there and is a good brisk trolling speed. I think it will be better on my own boat when I eventually get it on the water.

My friend and I caught lots of carp on these rigs. However, on at least three occasions during one session the knot holding the push stop untied whilst playing a fish and on another occasion the hook length broke which was very disappointing.
