Description
Ultra sensitive lightweight and ideal for fishing tiny jigs and small plastics! With two models in the range, the 7.4ft rated up to a 5g casting weight and the slightly longer 7.8ft up to 10g. They both feature a premium carbon blanks fitted with titanium oxide rings and finished with a DPS reel seats and a handy hook retainer instead of keeping your lures on the rings potentially scratching them! Ideally partnered with a compact 1000 or 2000 sized fixed spool reel loaded with braid for ultimate bite detection!

Do the Ninja Dropshot Rods have hollow tips for increased sensitivity? Thanks, Roger

Hi Roger,
There are two versions listed here the 74ft 4in, and the 7ft 8in. One has a solid tip, generally preferred for the sensitivity. The other a tubular tip. The product code is the clue, the 74ft 4in has an 'S' indicating its got a solid top. The 7ft 8in has a 'T' that tells you its a tubular tip.

Daiwa themselves don.t give you any kind of rating, but having got one out of the bag they have a nice tip action for working those small lures. Put some pressure on and it bends into a through action.
