How thick is the blade please? I require a blade of at least 2mm width, preferrrably 3mm. I actually work for a tyre company so it'll be used to cut tyre sidewalls that are not to go back to market and not for it's intended use! This looks about right.... Thanks

At the back and base of the knife it is 3mm roughly and tapers towards the tip of course.'

I received my Tronix pro fillet knife today have not used it yet but after getting it out of the packaging I just have to say I'm well pleased with it I was a bit sceptical at the price but have been proved wrong will be purchasing another so thanks again from a very happy customer
