How do I order a gift voucher?
- You can add the gift voucher to your shopping basket like any other product by selecting the ‘Add to Basket’ button. Then continue to checkout to complete your order.
- Gift vouchers are valued and issued in GBP.
How will I receive it?
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your voucher details and this will provide a link to print out to give as a gift. You will not receive anything in the post for your voucher.
How do I use a voucher?

I have lost a Gift Voucher. What do I do?

Can I return my Gift Voucher?
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the gift voucher cannot be converted back to cash.

- Tackleuk gift vouchers purchased through the website can only be used on the Tackleuk website or by calling to place an order through the sales line.
Terms and Conditions
- You have to spend all of the gift voucher at once and no change can be given.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so make sure you remember to redeem your voucher in time as they cannot be re-issued.
- Gift vouchers are valued and issued in GBP.
- Gift vouchers must be used in the tax region in which they are issued. If you use a gift voucher outside of the UK mainland, the value will be calculated minus VAT at 20%.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used against events or other gift vouchers.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used against your postage costs.
- Gift vouchers cannot be purchased with additional items, any items added to the order will be cancelled.
- Gift vouchers cannot be purchased with the use of a discount or promotional code.
- You cannot use a gift voucher to purchase further gift vouchers, if this occurs the original voucher expiry date will be honoured on your new voucher.

If you've purchased an eVoucher, then as the description says 'Your eVoucher will be delivered by email on the next working day from purchase'. Have you not received it? Please check your spam folder etc first and get back to us if there's still a problem.
