Im looking to use this as a dedicated pole up the local cut, fishing on the short line, for small silvers, the plan is to elasticate the top 1 only with a size 5 Preston Dura Slip Hybrid. Two questions: 1. What size bung would you recommend that will fit into the Top 1 for this approach? 2. Im assuming this approach would also enable me to pack everything back in one easy to manage piece rather than having to carrying the top kit seperate to the pole eveytime I take a wonder to the canal?

Hi John,
They do come with a side pulla slot pre-fitted. However if you're going to try elasticating just the very top section, then we don't sell anything that will fit out of the packet. You'll have to try cutting a bung down to size to fit. If you do manage to do this then the section should store inside the pole itself.

I have the 6 mtr matrix torque margin pole the top kits have the side slot but I want to fit a side puller kit which one fits or what do I need to put inside the pole for the elastic to flow through? Also do you have anything in stock which works?

Hi Jason,
Those poles are normally sold with a ceramic side Pulla slot already fitted. This just leaves you needing a bush, elastic and pulla bead.'
