Wanted to take this to Italy to fish with from the beach in 4 weeks time. What sort of action is this rod. Also it started it's a sliding reel seat, but from the picture it's a screw (that's what I want - I hate sliding reel seats). Can you confirm what it is then I can make a purchase.

I've got one off the shelf to take a look, and it is the screw down reel fitting as shown in the images. This sort of thing can happen when we list things before release and rely on the info provided by the manufacturer. Now updated.

Its a rod that Daiwa have provided very little information on. Having had a dig around though I've found the following
C/Weight 1/3oz - Weight 355g - Packdown 75cm
