I'm traveling to Norway next year, and need a lighter set up for the small to medium sized cod and Cole fish. Would you recommend this rod?

That particular rod is more suitable for LRF or light weight lure fishing. Unfortunately, as this isn't something we have experience in, we would recommend seeking advice from where you are going to see if they can advise you further.
