The latest edition of the bestselling Avid Carp Screen House shelter come with a number of design improvements to the original model. Now more sturdy than ever with better frame support utilising clever anti-twist corner blocks preventing any movement in strong winds. The porch section has also been completely revamped, giving increased cover and more stability. With a host of door options, you can tweak these to the conditions on the day rolling the doors halfway, or fully down to adjust your shade and airflow.
As well as making a fantastic shelter in its own right, there’s even the option to add a bivvy to either side entrance creating a central living area with separate sleeping.

Do you make a winter skin for the avid range?

There is a skull cap, but no overwrap for the screen house 4D.

If you're just referring to the screen house 4d, then I believe they only make a peaked skull cap. I'm not sure about the rest of the range

hello, what are the dimensions of the Avid screen house 4D and does it come with a groundsheet included in the price or is this item an extra cost.

Hi Mike,
The dimensions given by Avid on their website are'H 2700mm / W 3300mm / L 3300mm. There is a groundsheet sold separately, but we don't stock it. If your after one, and cant find it elsewhere, it might be worth contacting them direct.

Can any make of bivvy be fitted to the shelter or does it need to be an Avid bivvy ?

Hi John,
It's designed to work with their own bivvy range but it does look like you might be able to get away with a similar sized shelter. It might be worth addressing the question to Avid themselves to make sure there's no special attachments etc. Then its a question of wether your bivvy has similar measurements to one of their compatible ones.
