Do you need to put the 15lb clear line in a bucket of water when spooling?

Hi Chris,
That's how most of here spool up our reels. Reduces line twist and gives just enough tension to prevent the line bedding in.

Hi there,i would like to get one of these fishing line ( product code is - 1068346-1342725 ),but i would just like to ask if youd be able to tell me that if the 25lb size is the 0.45mm thickness? as i dont want to order the wrong one. thank you very much

Hi Rudolf,
This should be correct for the Red and Solar colours of the line. All the other colours have slightly different specifications and you can see these listed in the description.

I have used this line for years now , it has never ever failed me. As i was preping to put the line on my Slosh 30 (also bought from Tackleuk) it sprung free like a couled spring. I have never had this problem with any spool of line. I managed to put it on my reel and i have yet to use it. (fingers crossed)
