Description

Quality handmade leads, available in a choice of weights ranging from 2.0oz all the way up to 6.0oz These weights are used by anglers where there is little tide and the weight will stay in place. These distance casting leads are ideal for Mackerel fishing where at times maximum distance is needed to reach the shoal in order to get amongst them. Also used for surf fishing for Bass in the summer when a rolling lead is needed to search for the fish along a gully fishing on sandy seabeds may want the weight to roll and move around, hopefully finding a fish holding gully or channel where food accumulates. Overall, plain weights are regularly used by anglers fishing clean ground and are overall the most common type of sea fishing weight.
