How does this work do u light charcoal and put it in the middle first then turn it on ?

None of here has bought or seen one in use yet. Wolf have just separated their cooking and camping gear onto a new website. There's a brief PDF instruction guide to using and lighting it up that will tell you a bit more.

What diameter is the grill? What size is the whole unit, including the lid? Does the outside stay cool?

The diameter is 34cm wide and the whole unit has a height of 29cm. The outside would get hot during use.
