They are traditional style hooklengths you attach to your mainline loop to loop.

Are they ok for sweetcorn

Hi Raymond,
Bait bands tend to be a better option for mounting hard baits, like pellets. For sweetcorn I'd recommend using some rigs with speed stops. Just thread the corn onto the hair and turn the stop to prevent it falling off.
